Special Customer Offer AVSNE Symposium 2010
As a possible way of attracting more customers to the exhibits of our 2010 Symposium, we would like to see if any of our registered suppliers would like to offer potential discounts to any customer contacts made at the exhibits. For example, if a given company would extend a 5% discount on the next order to contacts made at the show, we would publicize this in our upcoming mailings. We could also do publicity at the day of the show by listing companies and their offerings on a poster in the exhibit area If you would be willing to participate in this manner, please let us know as soon as possible.
Another way of participating would be to contribute a small prize to our exhibit raffle. It could be as simple as a flash drive, technical book or reference, or other small tech gadget. Your participation would also be noted during the exhibit.
Also, if some of our registered suppliers would care to sponsor any of the breaks during the Symposium, we will advertise in advance on our website and upcoming mailings. As well on the day of the event, company name and information will be posted as the break sponsors. This again is a vehicle for drawing more attention to your company and its offerings. Your support has been important to the Chapter, and we are working hard to increase your success at our yearly event. We also have a strong technical program this year, and are certain this will increase our general attendance. DEMOS! Would you like to spotlight your company’s technology by doing a demonstration at your booth this year at the AVS Symposium(live or video presentation)? We feel this would be a good way engage attendees (creating ‘events’ and ‘attractions’) while at the same time promoting your product lines. If you are interested, please contact Christopher C. Cook or Bob-Clark Phelps (contact information is below), and let them know if your demonstration requires more power than is allocated at your table. We will put your demonstrations on the schedule of events and make an announcement to gather attendees at the appropriate time.
